Privacy notice.
Information we collect
When you create an account we store your name, email address, account creation date and secure sign-in information. Google sign-in shares basic identity details, not your emails or other Google content. Once you accept our terms, we record the car pages you view while signed in, their viewing times and view counts, your enquiries and your agreement date. We do not link anonymous car browsing to an account.
Why we use it
Account information and enquiries are used to provide your account and respond to steps you request before a possible purchase. Signed-in viewing history helps E&E Cars understand customer interest and follow up on enquiries, relying on legitimate interests with access restricted to you and the authorised owner. You may object to this use by contacting us. We do not use this information to send newsletters through this website.
Who can access it
The authorised E&E Cars owner can view customer accounts, enquiries and signed-in viewing history. Service providers supporting hosting, account security and email processing may process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal data. Necessary account storage keeps you signed in; this website does not add advertising tracking cookies.
Storage and retention
Account-linked information is held while your account remains active or as needed to handle enquiries. Deletion requests are reviewed for any legal record-keeping obligations. Please avoid sending identity documents, payment-card details or sensitive information in enquiries. We use access controls to restrict customer information; no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can browse without an account or sign out to stop account-linked viewing records. You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your information, and object to interest-based viewing records. Contact e4ecars@outlook.com. Where UK data protection law applies, you may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
