1. Using this website
These terms apply to website accounts and enquiries made through E&E Cars. Provide accurate contact information, keep your password secure, and do not misuse accounts or interfere with the website. Contact us at e4ecars@outlook.com for questions.
2. Cars, prices and availability
Vehicle details, photographs, prices and availability may change. Confirm the current price, specification, condition, history and availability with E&E Cars before agreeing a purchase. Mileage is stated as supplied and may change with use. Nothing here limits your statutory rights or our obligation to describe a vehicle accurately.
3. Enquiries are not purchases
Submitting an enquiry is a request for contact, not a vehicle reservation, binding purchase or payment. This website does not accept online vehicle payments. Any sale, inspection, collection, deposit, warranty or delivery arrangements must be agreed separately with E&E Cars before you pay. Do not send payment details through the enquiry form.
4. Accounts and privacy
We record your name, email, enquiries and cars viewed while you are signed in after registration is completed. The authorised owner can see this information to manage enquiries and customer interest. Read the privacy notice. You can request account deletion by email.
5. Your rights
These website terms do not exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or affect applicable consumer rights. A separate vehicle sale agreement will set out the terms of a purchase. We may update website terms; material changes will require a new acceptance before account activity continues.
